Safety
Exhibitors must follow all fire safety regulations. The following rules should be followed at ALL TIMES:
- It is not allowed to exceed the rented stand space, since the corridors are evacuation routes
- It is not allowed to block exits, fire cabinets, fire extinguishers, and visibility to fire signage and fire exits
- To use back rooms for storing empty packaging
- To exhibit or store fireworks, spray bottles, bottles with flammable contents, pressure bottles etc.
All flammable material used in Brøndby Hallen, including artificial plants and flowers, must be fire-impregnated.
It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain the necessary approvals.

Emergencies
If you find yourself in an emergency situation and need to call an ambulance, you should immediately inform Brøndby Hallen's / MCH's staff. This way, we have the best possible chance of guiding the ambulance quickly and safely to the relevant area - and hereby save crucial minutes.
